All special and ticketed events listed on this page are reserved through our online Zoho booking form, with secure payment processed via Stripe.
How to Book
- Select your preferred event from the Upcoming Events list.
- Open the online booking form using the event link or QR code.
- Complete your guest details and, where required, your menu selections.
- Make your payment securely via Stripe using a debit or credit card.
- You will receive an instant booking confirmation and payment receipt by email.
Please note: your reservation is only confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.

Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. All event bookings must be made in advance using the online booking form provided.
How secure is the payment process?
Payments are processed through Stripe, a leading global payment platform using industry-standard encryption. No card details are stored by Dover Marina Hotel & Spa.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Most major debit and credit cards are accepted.
Can I book for multiple guests?
Yes. You may book for several guests within a single form. Please ensure that all requested details and menu preferences are provided for each attendee.
How will my personal information be used?
Your details are used solely to manage your booking and are handled securely in accordance with GDPR and our privacy policy.
What is considered a group booking?
Reservations for 15 guests or more are treated as Group Bookings.
These may be subject to separate terms, availability, and payment conditions. Our Events Team will be pleased to assist with group enquiries.
Will I receive confirmation of my booking?
Yes. Once your form and payment have been submitted, an email confirmation and Stripe receipt will be sent automatically.
Can I amend or cancel my booking?
If you need to make changes or cancel your reservation, please contact our Events Team as soon as possible. Cancellation and refund policies vary by event and are stated on the booking page.
Can I pay on arrival at the hotel?
No. Advance payment is required to secure places at our ticketed events unless otherwise stated.
What should I do if my payment is declined?
Please re-check your card details or try an alternative card. If issues persist, contact your bank or our Events Team.
