Please note the following guidelines apply:
Pet-Friendly Rooms: Pets (dogs and cats) are welcome in Standard Room categories only. Higher category rooms do not accommodate pets.
Charges: A £40 fee per pet, per day applies.
Deposit: A £100 pre-authorisation will be taken on arrival to cover any potential damages.
Maximum Pets: Up to 2 pets per room allowed.
Size Limitations: We welcome dogs of all sizes.
Cleaning Fees: No additional cleaning charges will be applied.
Supervision: Pets must not be left unattended in guest rooms.
Cats: Cats must be kept in a secure cage at all times within the hotel.
Public Spaces: Pets are permitted in lifts and must be kept on a leash or in a carrier in all public areas.
Dining Areas: Pets are not permitted in dining venues (including the restaurant, coffee shop, or bar). Guests booking Bed & Breakfast (BB) or Dinner, Bed & Breakfast (DBB) packages may enjoy room service or outdoor dining at no extra charge (tray charges waived).
Amenities: Pet beds, water bowls, and a small toy are available on request.
Cleanliness: Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
Assistance Animals: Guide dogs are welcome throughout the property and are exempt from all charges.
